May the blessings of our Lord, Allah (AJ), be upon Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), who guided us to the right path; He who entrusted us with his religion of truth, He is the Intercessor for all human beings in front of Allah (AJ). It is You we worship and You we ask for help. Guide us to the straight path the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favour, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray (Qur an, Verse 1). (نہ کہیں جہاں میں اماں ملی جو اماں ملی تو کہاں ملی) ۲x (مرے جرم خانہ خراب کو) ۲x ترے عفو بندہ نواز میں (Na Kaheen Jahan Mein Aman Mili, Jo Aman Mili To Kahan Mili) x2 (Mere Jurm-e-Khana Kharab Ko) x2, Tere Ufuw-e-Banda Nawaz Mein My dark misdeeds found no refuge in the wide world - The only refuge they found was in Your Gracious Forgiveness. (نہ وہ عشق میں رہیں گرمیاں نہ وہ حسن میں رہیں شوخیاں) ۲x (نہ وہ غزنوی میں تڑپ رہی) ۲x نہ وہ خم ہے زلف ایاز میں (Na Who Ishq Mein Raheen Garmiyaan, Na Who Husn Mein Raheen Shaukiyan) x2 (Na Who Ghaznavi Mein Tarap Rahi) x2, Na Who Kham Hai Zulf-e-Ayaz Mein Neither love has that warmth, nor beauty has that charm left, Neither that restlessness in Ghaznavi nor those curls in the hair locks of Ayaz are left. (جو میں سر بسجدہ ہوا کبھی تو زمیں سے آنے لگی صدا) ۲x (ترا دل تو ہے صنم آشنا) ۲x تجھے کیا ملے گا نماز میں (Jo Mein Sar Basajda Huwa Kabhi To Zameen Se Ane Lagi Sada) x2 (Tera Dil To Hai Sanam Ashna) x2, Tujhe Kya Mile Ga Namaz Mein Even as I laid down my head in prostration, a cry arose from the ground; Your heart is in materialism, there is no reward for your prayers. x2 Page 7

And We have taken off the load (of grief of the Umma [Community]) from you. (The load) which was growing heavier on your (holy) back. And We exalted for you your remembrance (by annexing it to Ours everywhere in the world and in the Hereafter). So surely ease (comes) with every hardship. Verily, with (this) hardship (too) there is ease. So when you are free (from educating the Umma (Community), preaching the Deen (Religion) and fighting, and fulfilling your (responsibilities), then strive hard (in remembrance and the worship of your Lord), And turn to your Lord earnestly. (Qur an, Verse 94) Page 10

11 ا) (نعمتیں بانٹتا جس سمت وہ ذیشان گیا) ۲x ساتھ ہی منشیئ رحمت کا قلمدان گیا (Ne amatein baant ta jis simt woh zeeshaan gaya) x2 Saath hi munshiaey rehmat ka qalam daan gaya Wherever the Glorious one went, he Shared blessings with him, was the pen (Qalam) of the mercy. ۲x (لے خبر جلد کہ غیروں کی طرف دهیان گیا) میرے مولی میرے آقا تیرے قربان گیا (Le khabar jald ke ghairon ki taraf dhiyaan gaya) x2 Mere Maula mere Aqa tere qurbaan gaya Take notice of me quickly so my focus should not be on others For my lord, For My master I can give up my life. (دل ہے وہ دل جو تیری یاد سے معمور رہا) ۲x سر ہے وہ سر جو تیرے قدموں پہ قربان گیا (Dil hai woh dil jo teri yaad say ma moor raha) x2 Sar hai woh sar jo tere Qadmon pe qurbaan gaya The real heart is the one that is filled with your remembrance The real head is the one that fell on your feet. نہیں جانا انہیں مانا نہ رکھا غیر سے کام) ۲x ل الحمد میں دنیا سے مسلمان گیا (Unhein jana unhein mana na rakhha ghair se kaam) x2 Lillah Al Hamd main duniya se Musalmaan gaya I only know about him, I only accept him, I have nothing to do with others Thank God, I went as a Muslim from this world. 12 (آج لے ا ن کی پناہ آج مدد مانگ ا ن سے) ۲x پھر نہ مانیں گے قیامت میں اگر مان گیا (Aaj le unki Panah aaj madad maang unse) x2 Phir na maanege Qayamat mein agar maan gaya Take His refuge today, take help from him today You won t find any acceptance, if you finally agree on this in Qayamah. )جان و دل ہوش و خرد سب تو مدینے پہنچے( ۲x تم نہیں چلتے رضا سارا تو سامان گیا (Jaan o dil hosh wa khirad sab to Madinay pahonche) x2 Tum nahi chalte Raza sara to samaan gaya My heart and soul, mind and senses all have reached Madina Why don't you go too, Raza! Everything else has gone. Page 12

Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten. And there is none like unto Him (Qur an, Verse 112). (یا رب! دل مسلم کو وہ زندہ تمن ا دے) ۲x (جو قلب کو گرما دے جو ر وح کو تڑپا دے) ۲x (پھر وادی فاراں کے ہر ذر ے کو چمکا دے) ۲x (پھر شوق تماشا دے پھر ذوق تقاضا دے) ۲x (Ya Rab! Dile Muslim Ko Woh Zinda Tamanna De) x2 (Jo Qalb Ko Garma De Jo Roh Ko Tadpa De) x2 (Pher Wadi-E-Faraan Ke Har Zarre Ko Chamka De) x2 (Pher Shoq-E-Tamasha De, Pher Zouq-E-Taqaza De) x2 Lord! Fill the Muslim s heart with a desire so fervent, That it will set his heart aflame and stir his soul. Light up again every speck of dust in the Valley of Faran, Make us long again for beautiful sights and create in us the urge to make demands. Page 13

Lead the stray gazelle back to the Sanctuary, It has grown used to the city Give it back the vastness of the desert. )پیدا دل ویراں میں پھر شورش محشر کر( ۲x )ا س محمل خالی کو پھر شاہد لی ل دے( ۲x )اس دور کی ظ لمت میں ہر قلب پریشاں کو( ۲x )وہ داغ محب ت دے جو چاند کو شرما دے( ۲x (Peda Dil-E-Viraan Mein Pher Shorish-E-Mehshar Kar) x2 (Es Mehmil-E-Khali Ko Pher Shahid-E-Lela De) x2 (Es Dour Ki Zulmat Mein Har Qalb-E-Pareshan Ko) x2 (Woh Dagh-E-Mohabbat De Jo Chand Ko Sharma De) x2 Stir up again the ruins of the heart with a commotion like Judgment Day. Let this empty litter once again seat a sweetheart a Layla! In the darkness of this age give to every troubled heart Scars of love that would shy the moon. Page 14

15 )رفعت میں مقاصد کو ہمدوش ثری ا کر( ۲x )خودداری ساحل دے آزادی دریا دے( ۲x )بے ل وث محب ت ہو بے باک صداقت ہو( ۲x )سینوں میں ا جاال کر دل صورت مینا دے( ۲x (Raffat Mein Maqasid Ko Hum-Dosh-e-Suraiya Kar) x2 (Khud-Dari-E-Sahil De, Azadi-E-Darya De) x2 (Be-Lous Mohabbat Ho, Be-Bak Sadaqat Ho) x2 (Sinoon Mein Ujala Kar, Dil Surat-E-Mina De) x2 Let the goals be as high as the Pleiades. Give us the calm and poise of the shore, but the freedom of the sea. Let love be selfless and truth fearless; Let our breasts be flooded with light. Make our hearts clear as crystal. )احساس عنایت کر,آثار مصیبت کا( ۲x )امروز کی شورش میں اندیشۂ فردا دے( ۲x )م یں ب لبل ناالں ہوں ا ک ا جڑے گ لستاں کا( ۲x )تاثیر کا سائل ہوں محتاج کو داتا دے( ۲x (Ahsas Enayat Kar, Aasar-E-Musibat Ka) x2 (Amroz Ki Shorish Mein Andesha-E-Farda De) x2 (Main Bulbul-E-Nala Hon Ek Ujdre Gulistan Ka) x2 (Taseer Ka Sahel Hon, Mohtaj Ko Data De) x2 Enable us to foresee the calamity that is coming; In the midst of today s upheaval, give us a vision of tomorrow. I am a nightingale making my lament, I am from a garden which has been ravaged. I wish that my prayer would have effect Give to a beggar, bounteous Lord! Page 15

(ال الہ ہللا محمد حبیب ہللا علیہ صلواة ہللا الالہ ہللا) ۲x (La ilaha illallah Muhammadun HabibAllah, Aleyhi Salatullah, La ilaha illallah) x2 There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad (pbuh) is the Beloved of God, Blessing be upon him, there is no God but Allah. ) خ ل قت م ب راء من كل عیب ک ا نك ق د خ ل قت ک م ا ت ش اء ) ۲x (Khaluqta Mubarraun min Kulli Aiebin, ka anka Qud khuliqta kama tashauu) x2 You were created flawless, without the slightest blemish, It seems you were created according to your wish! (ال الہ ہللا محمد نبی ہللا علیہ صلواة ہللا الالہ ہللا) ۲x (La ilaha illallah Muhammadun NabiAllah, Aleyhi Salatullah, La ilaha illallah) x2 There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad (pbuh) is the Messenger of God, Blessing be upon him, there is no God but Allah. (ال حول وال قوة اال با ا هلل العلی العظیم) ۲x (La Hawla Wala Quwwata Illah Billahil Aliyil Azeem) x2 There is not might or power except from Allah, The Most High, The Most Great. Page 16

17 (ال الہ ہللا محمد خلیل ہللا علیہ صلواة ہللا الالہ ہللا) ۲x (La ilaha illallah Muhammadun KhalilAllah, Aleyhi Salatullah, La ilaha illallah) x2 There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad (pbuh) is the Intimate Friend of God, Blessing be upon him, there is no God but Allah. (حسبی ربی جل ہللا ما فی قلبی غیر ہللا, نورمحمد صل ہللا ال الہ اال ہللا) ۲x (Husbi Rabbi Jal-Allah, Maafi Qalbi Gairu-Allah, Noor Muhammad SallAllah La ilaha illallah) x2 Sufficient is for me my Rabb, Allah is great. There is none in my heart besides Allah. The light of Muhammad (pbuh) is truth. There is none worthy of worship but Allah. (پہنچے معراج میں عرش پر مصطفی) ۲x (تب نہ معبود بندے میں پردا رہا) ۲x (تب م لئک نے حضرت سے ج ھک کر کہا) ۲x (ساری مخلوق میں) ۲x حق نما تو ہی تو (Punhchay meraaj main arsh per Mustafa) x2, (Tub na mabood banday mai parda raha) x2 (Tub malaik nay hazrat say jhuk kar kaha) x2, (Sari makhlook man) x2, Haq numa tu he tu Mustafa (pbuh) reached on Arsh on heavenly ascension, where there was no veil between the Master and the Servant, All the Angels bow with respect and said, In all the creation you are the best to represent the Lord (Huq). 19 (کیوں پیا ابن حیدر نے جام فنا) ۲x (کھال ک ھچوائی تبریز نے کیوں بھ ل) ۲x (دار پر چڑه کے منصور نے یہ کہا) ۲x (سب بناتے کھلونے) ۲x لے رہا تو ہی تو (Kio pia ibnay Haider nay jamay fena) x2, (Khaal khichwai Tabraiz nay kio bhala) x2 (Daar per char kay Mansoor nay ye kaha) x2, (Sub banatay khilonay) x2, Lay raha tu he tu Why the Son of Haider drank the Elixir of annihilation, why Tabraiz has his skin peeled off, Mansoor will say that before everyone, that we are game for you, but He Values us. (خا لق ک ل ہے تو ا س میں کیا گفتکو) ۲x (سارے عالم کو ہے تیری ہی جستجو) ۲x (تیری جلوہ گری ہے عیاں چار سو) ۲x (ال شریک لہ ) ۲x مالک م لک تو (Khaliqay qul hay tu is mein kia guftgoo) x2, (Saray aalum ko hey teri he justjoo) x2 (Teri jalwa gari hay Ayaan chaar soo) x2, (La sharika lahoo) x2, Malikay mulk tu No one else but you are the creator of everything, and everyone is sighing for you, The whole world is searching only for you, Even as your magnificence is in every corner, there is no partner with you, oh Lord of all worlds. (لب پہ ہیں تزکرے پنجتن کے پھول مہکے ہیں میرے چمن کے) ۲x (ایسا ان کے کرم نے نوازا) ۲x اپنی قسمت پہ دل جھومتا ہے (Lab pe hein tazkiray Panjtaan ke, Phool mehkey hein mery chaman ke) x2 (Aisa Unke karam ne nawazah) x2, Apni kismat pe dil jhoomta hai On the lips are the praises of Five holy personalities (Sayyidina Muhammad (pbuh), Ali (as), Fatima (as), Hassan (as), Hussain (as)), flowers of my garden are blooming, Their blessing have given us so much, that we are overjoyed on our fate. (ا متی ہوں میں شاہ زمن کا ہوں بھکاری میں آقا حسن کا) ۲x (صدقے جاوں میں ان کی عطا پر) ۲x دینے والے نے سب کچھ دیا ہے (Ummati hun mein Shah-e-Zaman ka, Hoon bheekhari mein Aaqa Hassan ka) x2 (Sadqay jaun mein Unke atta par) x2, Denay walay ne sab kuch diya hai I am Umati of king of the time, I am a begger to my Master Hassan (as), May I give up everything for your Grant, the Merciful Giver has given me everything. 22 (نام پر تیرے سب کچھ م ل ہے نام پر تیرے سب کچھ فدا ہے) ۲x (نام پر تیرے قربان جاوں) ۲x ہم غریبوں کا تو ا سرا ہے (Naam per Tere sab kuch mila hai, Naam per Tere sab kuch fida hai) x2 (Naam per Tere qurbaan jaoun) x2, Hum ghreebon ka Tu asraa hai I receive everything from your name, will give up everything on your name, May I be sacrified on your name, you are the only support for us the poor. (خیر سے تم ہی خیر الوری ہو اور تم ہی سید ا النبیا ہو) ۲x (کوئی تجھ سا ہوا ہے نہ ہو گا) ۲x تیرے رب کا یہی فیصلہ هے Khair se Tum he Khair-ul-Wara ho, (Aur Tumhin Sayed-ul-Anbiyaa ho) x2 (Koi Tujh sa huwa hai na hoga) x2, Tere Raab ka yahi fayeselaa hai You are the Best of all creation, And you are the master of all Prophets, Nobody was and will be like you, this is the decision of my Lord. (میرا بھی ہے کوئی دنیا والو بے سہارا مجھے تم نہ سمجھو) ۲x (ساتھ میرے میرا پیشوا ہے) ۲x میرا رب هے میرا مصطفی هے (Mera bhi hai koi dunya waalo, Bey-sahara mujhay tum na samjho) x2 (Saath mery mera Peshwaa hai) x2, Mera Raab hai mera Mustafaa hai Oh people of dunia I also have someone, don t consider me without support, I have with me my Guide, my Lord, my Mustafa (pbuh). (الج رکھ لو گدائے کرم کی بھر دو بھر دو ہماری بھی جھولی) ۲x (کوئی یہ نہ کہے کملی والے) ۲x تیری محفل سے خالی گیا ہے (Laaj rakh lo gad dae karam ke, Bhardo bhardo hamari bhi jholi) x2 (Koi yeh na kahe Kamli Wale) x2, Teri mehfil se khali gaya hai Save my prestige of this beggar of your blessings, fill up my bag, That no one would say, that I went empty handed from your Association. O The One who is Most Knowledgeable of the most subtle details. O The One who is acquainted with everything, inner and outer, O The Protecting Friend, Patron, and Supporter. O Allah Entirely Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy, The King and Owner of the Day of Judgement, It is You we worship, and upon You we call for help. Page 25

Turn the shriveled garden green, Make the plant of my hopes and longings full of fruit. Page 26

27 (آپ مکانوں خالی ا س تھیں کوئی مکان نہ خالی) ۲x (ہر ویلے ہر چیز محم د رکھدا ن ت سنبھالی) ۳x (Aap makano'n Khaali us the'n koi makaan naa khaali) x2, (har wele har cheez muhammad, rakhda nit sanbhaali) x3 Free of any dwelling Himself, no dwelling is free of Him, All the time, all the things, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), He keeps in good order. (فضل کریں تے بخشے جاون میں ورگے منھ کالے) ۲x (عدل کریں تے تھر تھر کمبن اچیاں شاناں والے) ۳x (Fazal kareyn tey bakhshey jaawan meyn wargy moonh kaley) x2, (Adal kareyn tey thar thar kamban ucheyaan shaanaan waley) x3 God! If you show mercy, sinners like me will be absolved, If you perform justice, even people of high station will tremble in fear. (مالی دا کم پانی دینا بھر بھر مشکاں پاوے) ۲x (مالک دا کم پ ھل پ ھل النا الوے یا ناں الوے) ۳x (Maali da come pani dena, bhar bhar mashkaan paway) x2, (Maalik da come phal phul lana laway ya na laway) x3 The gardener s job is to water the plants and he keeps filling them with skin-bags full of water, It is up to the Lord to allow fruits and flowers to grow (کامل عشق خدایا بخشیں غیر ولوں مکھ موڑاں) ۲x (ہکو جاناں ہکو تکاں ہکو آکھاں لوڑاں) ۳x (Kaamil ishq Khudaaya bakhsheen, gher waloon mukh morraan) x2, (Hiko janaan, Hiko takkaan, Hiko aakhaan loran) x3 O God! Grant me life long commitment (ishq), I should turn away from all else, I should know One, see One, and ask from the One. Page 27

28 (کنی واری توبہ بھنی میں ہاں بے اعتبارا) ۲x (فیر تیرے در توبہ کیتی بخشیں بخشن ہارا) ۳x (Kinni waari tawbah bhanni man haan bey atbaaraa) x2, (Phear terey dar tawbah keetey bakhsein bakhshunhaaraa) x3 How many times I have broken my repentance? I am not trustworthy, Again I offered repentance at your doorstep, please forgive, O the one who forgives. (میں پاپی شرمندہ جھوٹا بھریا نال گناہاں) ۲x (اکو آس تساڈے در دی نہ کوئی اور پناہاں) ۳x (Man paapi, sharminda, jhoota, bharea naal gunaahaan) x2 (Iko aas tusaaday dar di na koi hur pinaahaan) x3 I, a sinner, ashamed, a liar, filled with sins, Have only a single hope, that from your doorstep, have no other protection. (سن فریاد پیراں دیا پیرا دهک ا دئیں ناں مینوں) ۲x (بے کساں دا والی توں ایں شرم دت ی رب تینوں) ۳x (Sun feryaad peeraan deyaa peera, dhaka daein na menu) x2 (Bey kasaan da waali tun aein sharam diti Rab tenu) x3 Listen to my urging, O guide of guides, please do not leave me astray, You are a guardian of the weak, God has dressed you with modesty (جے لکھ واری عطر گ لبوں دهویئے نت زباناں) ۲x (نام اوناں دے الئق ناہیں کی قلمے دا کاناں) ۳x (Je lakh waari ittar ghulabon dooyi'e nit zubana) x2 (Naam unhaa de laaik nahi, ki qalme da kana) x3 Even if we wash our tongues thousands of times with gulab attar (fragrance), it will not be worthy to take his name, as what is the importance of a reed Qalam (pen) Page 29

30 (سبھو نور ا سے دے نوروں ا س دا نور حضوروں) ۲x (اس نوں تخت عرش دا ملیا موسی نوں کوہ طوروں) ۳x (Sabho noor oose de nooro'n, us da noor hazooro) x2 (us nu takhat arash da milya, Moosa nu koh tooro) x3 Every noor (light) is from him and his noor is from Divinely Presence, he has been granted the throne from the Arsh, and Musa (as) saw that on mountain of Toor (رستہ صاف نبی دے پچھےہور نہ جاناں کائی) ۲x (اوہو کرے شفاعت ساڈی تاہیں ملے ڈهوئی) ۳x (Rasta saaf Nabi de piche hor na jano koi) x2 (oohoo kare shifaaet saadi taahi'n mil si dhoi) x3 Following Prophet is the pure way, we don t know about any other way, he will do our intercession, he is our only support (یاری اندر عمر گزاری ویکھ لئیں اک واری) ۲x (ایناں اکھیں تینوں ڈٹھیا ہور ناں ویکھن کاری) ۳x (Yaari andar umer guzaari, waekh laiyi'n ik waari) x2 (aena akhiyai'n tenu didtha, hoor na wekhan kari) x3 I have spent my life in love, let me see one more time, These eyes have seen you, may they be useless to see anything else. (دل بھر دے گھر بے پرواہی کرے غریب نوازی) ۲x (جس پر پاوے نگاہ محمد جت جاوے او بازی) ۳x (Dilbar de ghar bay parwaahi kare ghareeb nawaazi) x2 (Jis par paway nighaah Muhammad, jet jaaway oo baazi) x3 In the house of beloved, aloofness helps the needy, On whosoever He places his sight, he wins the game. (کیا شان ہے شان خیر البشر إ ن ا أ ع ط ی ن اك ال ك و ث ر ( ۲x (رحمت نے پکارا خود بڑه کر إ ن ا أ ع ط ی ن اك ال ك و ث ر) ۲x (Kia Shaan hey shaney khairul bashar, Inna Ataina Kal Kawthar) x2 (Rehmat ney pukaara khud bharh ker, Inna Ataina Kal Kawthar) x2 What a Glory You have Oh the best among the humans Divine, itself have called upon you, Surely (O Muhammad) We have given you abundance of good (Kawthar)" (کب حق نے گوارا فرمایا دیکھے وہ م لل پیغمبر) ۲x (جبرائیل کو بھیجا دے کر خبر إ ن ا أ ع ط ی ن اك ال ك و ث ر) ۲x (Kub Huq nay gawara fermaya, dekhay wo malaalay pegumber) x2 (Jibraeel ko bheja day ker khabar, Inna Ataina Kal Kawthar) x2 How can the Divine tolerate the sadness of Prophet (pbuh)? He sends Gabriel (as) with this message, Surely (O Muhammad) We have given you abundance of good (Kawthar). (یہ آیت ڈالی پھولوں کی یہ نقطے قطرے شبنم کے) ۲x (اعراب زرو تشنید سمر إ ن ا أ ع ط ی ن اك ال ك و ث ر) ۲x (Ye Aayet dhaali phooloun ki, ye nuqtey qatray shabnum kay) x2 (Aeraab Zaro tashneedo summer, Inna Ataina Kal Kawthar) x2 This verse is like a flower branch, its dots are like dew drops, and all its vowel marks, Surely (O Muhammad) We have given you abundance of good (Kawthar). 32 (آئی جو صحابہ تک یہ خبر کفار سے بولے خوش ہو کر) ۲x (اب الو کوئی ایسا لکھ کر إ ن ا أ ع ط ی ن اك ال ك و ث ر) ۲x Aai jo Sahaba tak ye khabar, kuffar say bholay khush ho ker (x2) Ab lao koi aesa likh kar, Inna Ataina Kal Kawthar (x2) When this news reach the Sahabah, they happily ask from the non-believers, Can you write something like this? Surely (O Muhammad) We have given you abundance of good (Kawthar). (جس دل میں ت لش تسکیں ہو مجروح ستم ہوغمگیں ہو) ۲x (الزم ہے پڑهے وہ شام و سحر إ ن ا أ ع ط ی ن اك ال ك و ث ر ) ۲x (Jis dil ko talaashay taskeen ho, majroohay situm ho ghumgeen ho) x2 (Lazem hey parhay wo shamo sahar, Inna Ataina Kal Kawthar) x2 The one who seeks the peace of heart, the one who is being oppressed or is sad He should read this verse day and night, Surely (O Muhammad) We have given you abundance of good (Kawthar) Page 32
