") 2021 Eligibility to participate in the Program This Program is limited to Participants who are at the majority age under the United Arab Emirates applicable laws; and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Samsung Gulf Electronics FZE employees and their immediate family members as well as Samsung s affiliates, subsidiaries and partners are not eligible to participate in this Program. The Program is limited to the United Arab Emirates residents only. Participants should register their information online and provide their information to the Samsung promoter(s) present at the Store, (including: mobile number, address, name, and Emirates ID copy). Limitation of Liability Participants shall be fully aware that: (i) personal data on the Trial Device are their sole responsibility; and (ii) they are required to keep their own personal data on the Trial Device safe while participating in the Program. 2 Participants agree that he/she shall be solely responsible and liable to the Venue for any damages that he/she may cause to the Trial Device at any stage in relation to his/her participation in the Program. وافق المشاركو ع تحمل مسو ول ة أ أ ار للمكا ال قد تتسبب فها تج تهم للجهاز التج أ مرحلة خلال المشاركة ال امج. هذا Program Participants must register online to participate in the Program by completing the registration form on Samsung.com and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions Online Registration. The Trial Device for this Program are limited and registration for the program will be on a first come first served basis. Participants will choose the Venue for pick-up of the Trial Device. Pick up and drop off of the Trial Device must be from the same Venue. The Trial Period will start from the day of collecting the Trial Device from the Venue. Participants will have until the end of their selected Trial period start date mentioned during the Online Registration to collect their Trial Device from their chosen Venue. Any Trial Device not collected by the end of the selected trial start date will be made available for another Participant and the registered trial will be considered null and void without any responsibility whatsoever on Samsung. Participants must collect the Trial Device from the chosen Venue in person, a third party may not collect the Trial Device on behalf of the Participant and home delivery will not possible for the Program. Before collecting the Trial Device from the Venue; the Participant must sign the Terms and Conditions form and allow the Venue to take a copy of the Participants Emirates ID. The Participant will receive the Trial Device from the Store promoter and must check the Trial Device for any kind of damage before leaving the Store. 3 be noted on the Terms and Conditions form before the Participant signs. Any damage to the Trial Device once the Participant has left the Store will be the responsibility of the Participant and the applicable schedule of charges will apply. The Participant is responsible to return the Trial Device to the Store and to the same Venue on the last day of the Trial Period before the end of the Venue trading hours. On returning the Trial Device to the Venue at the end of the trial period the Trial Device will be checked for damage by the Store promoter in the presence of the Participant. Any damage found to the Trial Device will be charged to the Participant as per the schedule of charges found below. The Store promoter will then allow the Participant to reset the Trial Device to check all their personal data has been deleted from the Trial Device. Schedule of charges The schedule of charges will apply to any Trial Device that is returned from the trial period with a damage that was not noted at the start of the Trial Period. The repair cost will be as charged by Samsung customer service at the Venue. Any external or internal damage to the Trial Device will be charged at the full repair cost completed at the Samsung Customer Service Centre in the Venue. If the Trial Device is lost or stolen during the Trial Period it will be charged at full retail price. Samsung s decision regarding any damage will be final. 4 during the Trial Period and the Participants must ensure the Trial Device is not used to contravene any laws of the United Arab Emirates. If the Trial Device or any of the content downloaded on the Trial Device is found to have contravened any laws of the United Arab Emirates the Trial Period will stop immediately and the appropriate decisions will be taken as per the applicable law. The Participant Trial Device will be protected by Knox Guard and at any point during the Program Samsung reserve the right to lock or disable the Trial Device throughout the Program Period. Exclusive Participant offer During the Program Samsung will communicate an exclusive Participant offer to each Participant via . The exclusive offer will be on the purchase of a ZFold2 only from any Samsung Experience store during the Program Period. The Participant will receive a unique offer code ( Offer Code ) by which the Participant will need to show at the point of sale in the Samsung Experience Store when making the purchase of a ZFold2. The Offer Code will enable the Participant to claim a Samsung Pay Gift Card not earlier than two (2) working days after the Participant purchases a ZFold2. The Samsung Pay gift card will be claimed by completing an online form that the Participant will receive in a link by not earlier than two (2) working days after their purchase. 5 The Participant accepts that it is his/her sole responsibility to claim their Samsung Pay Gift Card by providing all the details required in the claim form. The Offer Code will expire on the 10 th of August 2021 Expiration of the Offer Code and any claims after this time will not be accepted.
