مقدمة التعليمية العملية استكمال في أساسيا دورا املكتبة تلعب للطالب. فاملاحارا ال وحدها تكفي بالغاض وال تتطاق لكل التفاصيل ناهيكعن عملية التعلم الذاتي التي يكتسبها الطالب املعلومة عن بنفسه يفتش عندما بلغته ويلخصها االلكترونية والتواصل االلكتروني الذي تجايه املكتبا الكتب انتشار مع خاصة الخاصة مع نظيراتها في الداخل والخارج. لهذا اهتمت جامعة التاحدي للعلوم الطبية كلية طب وجاحة الفم واالسنان بتوفير مكتبة لطالبها الكتب أمها من العديد على تاحتوي االلكترونية والدوريا والورقية واملكتبة العلمية االلكترونية في مجال تخصصها وهي ساعية لتطويا هذه الخدمة كما نوعا. وحتى تؤتي هذه املكتبة بمعالم ثمارها وتاحقق أهدافها رأ الجاري والتنظيم املكتبة إدارة ملقتنياتها ان الجامعة والخدما تقدم التي هذا والباحثين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وغيرهممن الشائح املستفيدة. الدليل االرشادي من لاوادها تقدمها للتع ايف الطالب ان إدارة الجامعة وهي تقدم هذا الدليل لياحدوها األمل ان يجد فيه الطالب وكل رواد هذه املنارة العلمية رالتهم وان يعم الخيرالجميع. 4
رؤية املكتبة: - ان تكون نموذجا ي حتذى به وركيزة علمية ي عتمد عليها بما تحويه من مراجع ودوريات وبحوث قيمة وحديثة وبما تقدمه من خدمات راقية ومتكاملة واريحيه في المعاملة لروادها. رسالة املكتبة: - مساعدة كل المستفيدين من طالب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وباحثين من خالل تزويدهم بالمعلومات الحديثة التي يحتاجونها وذلك في اقل وقت وبأقل جهد ممكن وفي إطار اهداف الجامعة وسياساتها. اهداف املكتبة: - انطالقا من رؤية ورسالة المكتبة فإن أهدافها يمكن بلورتها في النقاط التالية: - - توفير الكتب والمراجع والدوريات في شكليها الورقي وااللكتروني للمستفيدين. - تسهيل عملية الوصول إلى الموارد العلمية األخرى في الداخل والخارج. - توطيد الصالت مع المكتبات االكاديمية المناظرة ومراكز المعلومات المتخصصة. 4- المحافظة على مقتنيات المكتبة وتطويرها بما يخدم العملية التعليمية والبحثية. 5- المشاركة والعمل للوصول إلى معايير ومتطلبات الجودة الخاصة بخدمات الدعم التعليمية. 6- اعداد الفهارس الالزمة لتسهيل الوصول إلى المقتنيات العلمية. 7- اصدار القوائم والببليوجرافيا والكشافات لمحتويات المكتبة. مهام أمني املكتبة: - - حصر وتصنيف مقتنيات المكتبة من الكتب والمراجع والدوريات. - القيام بعمليات اإلعارة واالسترجاع للكتب. - المحافظة على مقتنيات المكتبة وحمايتها من السرقة أو العبث بها أو سوء استخدامها. 4- المحافظة على الهدوء داخل المكتبة ووجود بيئة علمية جيدة. 5- التواصل مع األقسام العلمية والتنسيق معها لمعرفة الكتب التي يحتاجونها وأعدادها متى يتسنى توفيرها. 6- تعريف الطلبة الجدد بمكونات المكتبة وتدريبهم على كيفية االستفادة من خدماتها. 7- القيام باألعمال اإلدارية الخاصة بالمكتبة كاستالم الوارد وتسجيله وتحويل الصادر وتسجيله. 5
نظام اإلعارة: - أ- تنقسم المادة العلمية من حيث نظام اإلعارة إلى قسمين: - المواد المسموح بإعارتها خارج الجامعة: - يجوز اعارة بعض المواد العلمية بواقع كتاب واحد ولمدة أسبوع واحد لألستاذ وكذلك الطالب كما يجوز تجديد هذه اإلعارة لثالثة أيام أخرى إذا لم يتم طلب ذات المادة العلمية من مستفيد آخر. وتقلص فترة اإلعارة لثالثة أيام فقط لكل من األستاذ او الطالب في فترات االمتحانات أو في حالة تزايد الطلب على المادة العلمية. ب-المواد الغير مسموح بإعارتها خارج الجامعة: - وهي عبارة عن المواد التي لها خصوصية وعادة ما تكون محدودة جدا في عددها وقد تكون الوحيدة في المكتبة وبالتالي ال يسمح بإعارتها خارج المكتبة ويمكن للمستفيد فقط االطالع عليها داخل المكتبة ومن امتلتها ما يلي: - - الكتب المرجعية العربية وغير العربية كالموسوعات والمعاجم اللغوية واالطالس وكتب التراجم والقواميس. - الكتب والمواد العربية واالنجليزية المميزة. - الرسائل والدوريات العلمية ومجلداتها. الضوابط والشروط لالستفادة من خدمات املكتبية: - - ليس ألي مستفيد الحق في استخدام مقتنيات المكتبة دون الرجوع ألمنيها. - في حالة االستعارة أو االطالع يتم بمليء النموذج الخاص بأي منها. - يعتبر المستفيد مسؤوال عن المادة المعارة حتى يرجعها وفي حالة فقدانها أو تلفها يكون مطالبا بإحضار نسخة منها للمكتبة أو دفع ثمنها. 4- الهدوء التام داخل المكتبة والمحافظة على نظافتها 5- ترك المتعلقات الشخصية كالحقائب في مكان خاص باألمانات. 6- عدم استخدام الهاتف الجوال داخل المكتبة. 7- عدم تناول المأكوالت والمشروبات داخل المكتبة. 8- عدم التدخين داخل المكتبة. 9- عدم محاولة الخروج بأي مادة علمية قبل إتمام إجراءات استعارتها. 6

خريطة تدفق العمل باملكتبة: - البداية الطالب: يعبئ نموذج طلب إعارة / اطالع على مادة علمية ويحيلها إلى أمين المكتبة امين المكتبة: تسليم النموذج مع بطاقة المكتبة الخاصة بالطالب أو مستند إثبات هوية ألي مستفيد آخر أمين المكتبة: تسليم المادة العلمية للمستعير بعد مراجعة شروط اإلعارة والنسخ المحددة لكل حالة أمين المكتبة: متابعة سجل االعارة 8
