Préambule Aujourd hui, De nombreux pays s'appuient sur l'investissement étranger direct afin de développer leurs économies locales respectives par l'accroissement du niveau d'investissement industriel et la participation aux chaines des valeurs mondiales, en offrant un climat d'affaires propice et attractif en créant des zones franches industrielles d'exportation, qui sont considérées comme des zones économiques d'excellence, et qui leur procurent une position concurrentielle mondiale due essentiellement à leurs infrastructures de base innovantes et d'un système de gestion efficace. Ces zones facilitent la transition graduelle d une économie dirigée vers une économie libérale. Compte tenu de la baisse des prix du pétrole dans les marchés mondiaux et l'influence aiguë des pays adoptant une économie rentière, il devient impératif de rechercher des alternatives et des mécanismes permettant la transition à une économie productive et diversifiée. Cette réflexion permet de mettre en évidence la problématique centrale suivante : Peut-on considérer les zones franches industrielles d'exportation comme des solutions urgentistes, permettant d'accélérer la croissance économique par le biais d'attraction industrielle engendrant l'augmentation du niveau des exportations?
