Jacob Nadian When He came to the place, He said to them: Pray that you may not enter into temptation (Luke 22: 40) نشكرك يارب على وقوفك معانا في سنة طويلة عدت علينا. O Lord, we thank You for being with us through a long year that passed.

3 نشكرك يارب إنك سمحت لنا نعيش هذه السنة وباركت كل ما لينا. O Lord, we thank You for permitting us to live this year and for blessing all what you bestowed on us. نشكرك يارب إنك سمحت إن السنة تعدي بسالم ونشكرك على سندك لينا. O Lord, we thank You for allowing this year to pass in peace and for supporting us.

4 نشكرك يارب إنك قهرت الشيطان الواقف ضدنا ويعادينا. O Lord, we thank You for conquering Satan who stands against us and fights with us. أعطنا يارب أن نتأمل كيف جرحناك في هذه السنة بل وفي كل ماضينا. O Lord, grant us to contemplate how much we hurt You not only this year, but also all past years.

5 أعطنا يارب في العام الجديد أن نرتقي فوق مستوي األرضيات بكل حواسينا. O Lord, grant us this year to lift up our senses above earthly things. أعطنا يارب ان نبدأ بداية جديدة نطلب فيها أن تهدينا. O Lord, grant us to have a new beginning with Your guidance.

6 أعطنا يارب أن نفكر في خالصنا وأبديتنا وحبك فينا. O Lord, grant us to always meditate about our salvation, eternity and Your love for us. علمنا يارب كيف نصلي ونرفع أيادينا. O Lord, teach us how to pray and lift up our hands.

7 علمنا يارب كيف نصوم بالجسد والروح وكل ما فينا. O Lord, teach us how to fast with our bodies, our spirits and all what is in us. علمنا يارب أن نتوب ونعترف بخطايا اللسان والفكر وحتى عينينا. Teach us O Lord to repent and confess the sins of our tongues, our thoughts and our eyes.

8 علمنا يارب أن نتناول من جسدك المقدس ودمك الكريم لكي نثبت فيك وانت تثبت فينا. Teach us O Lord to partake of your holy body and honored blood so we can abide in You and You abide in us. O Lord, bless this year with Your presence deep inside our hearts to confirm us. بارك يارب في هذا العام بحلولك في اعماقنا وثباتك فينا.

9 O Lord, bless our hearts to love You a pure love that is not affected by lusts of the world. بارك يارب في قلوبنا لكي نحبك حبا طاهرا ال تؤثر فيه شهوات العالم وال تغرينا. O Lord, bless our thoughts, our senses and our eyes so it won t see anything but Your goodness. بارك يارب في أفكارنا وحواسنا وعيوننا لكيال تري غير جودك علينا.

10 O Lord, bless our lives, straighten our wills, lead us into Your way and strengthen us. بارك يارب في حياتنا وقوم ارادتنا وفي طريقك قدنا وقوينا. قدس يارب داخلنا وامحو ذنوبنا وآثامنا من كل ماضينا. O Lord, sanctify our hearts and wipe out from our past all our sins and inequities.

11 قدس يا رب قلوبنا وأمالنا من كل عمل صالح وطهر مفاهيمنا. O Lord, sanctify our hearts and fill us with every good deed and purify our understanding. قدس يارب عقولنا التي جرت وراء مغريات العالم ولم تجري وراء فادينا. O Lord, sanctify our minds that ran astray behind lusts of the world forgetting our redeemer.

12 قدس يارب أجسادنا التي أهناها بمالبس ال تليق ورقص وخمر ولوصاياك نسينا. O Lord, sanctify our bodies which we ashamed with inappropriate clothing, dance and drinking, ignoring Your commandments. أقمنا يارب كما أقمت لعازر فقد أنتنا في خطايانا ولكثرة ذنوبنا ابتلينا. O Lord, raise us as You raised Lazarus for there is a stench because of our sins and our wickedness.

13 أقمنا يارب فقد زادت علينا أحزاننا ولكثرة حمولنا انحنينا. O Lord, raise us from sorrow that increased making us bow down before our heavy burdens. أقمنا يارب من سقطاتنا فنصرخ الى رحمتك قائلين: ارحمينا. O Lord, raise us from our fallings for we cry out asking Your mercy to have pity on us.

14 أقمنا يارب من ضعفنا فنسأل عيونك الحنونة: أنظرينا. O Lord, raise us from our weakness for we ask your kind eyes to look unto us. ساعدنا يارب أن نحمل صليبك علي قدر طاقتنا لكي نرتفع فوق األرض ونغفر لمن يسيء إلينا. O Lord, help us to carry Your cross to the best of our abilities so we can go high above the earth and forgive those who sin against us.

15 ساعدنا يارب أن نحتمل ضعف اآلخرين ونحب مبغضينا. O Lord, help us to endure the weakness of others and love our enemies يارب ساعدنا أن نهتم بالمسكين والفقير وحتى من يؤذينا. O Lord, help us to care for the poor and the needy and even those who hurt us.

16 ساعدنا يارب أن نفرح مع الفرحين ونبكي مع الباكين ونهتم بأهالينا. O Lord, help us to rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep and suuportfor our families. نحن يارب مستوجبين حكم الموت ولكن بمراحمك نجينا. O Lord, we deserve the sentence of death, but we entreat You to save us with Your mercy.

17 نحن يارب نحتاج لمسة روحك ونسألك أن تملك علينا. O Lord, we need a touch of Your spirit and we ask You to reign over us. نحن يارب ليس لنا آخر سواك فأنت راعينا. O Lord, we have none others but You for You are our shepherd.

18 نحن يارب عبيدك الغير مستحقين ولكن نسألك أن تحمينا. O Lord, we are Your undeserving servants but we ask for Your protection. نعلم يارب أن طريقك مملوء باآلالم واالشواك ولكن دمك الثمين ينجينا. O Lord, we know that Your way is full of pains and thorns, but Your precious blood will save us.

19 نعلم يارب أن الطريق ضيق وكرب ولكنك قلت إن قوتك في الضعف تكمل فينا. O Lord, we know that Your way is narrow and difficult, but You said that Your strength will be made perfect in our weakness. نعلم يارب أنك وقفت مع دانيال في جب األسود فنسألك أن تنقذنا من مشتكينا. O Lord, we know that You stood by Daniel in the Lion s Den, so we ask You to save us from those who complaint against us.

20 نعلم يارب أنك سديت افواه األسود فنسألك أن تحفظنا من محاربينا. O Lord, we know that You shut the lions mouths, so we ask You to protect us from those who speak against us. ذكرنا يارب بدمك الذي يشفي كل جراحات نفوسنا لكي نسامح المخطئين الينا. O Lord, remind us with Your blood that heals wounds of the souls so that we can forgive those who sin against us.

21 ذكرنا يارب كيف خلقتنا علي صورتك ومثالك لكي نحب ونخدم سائلينا. كل O Lord, remind us of how You created us on Your image and likeness so that we can love and serve those who ask us. ذكرنا يارب بأعمال رحمتك في حياتنا وكيف نرحم كل الذين حوالينا. O Lord, remind us with Your mercy in our lives to learn how to be merciful to others.

22 ذكرنا يارب بستنا العذراء وكل فضائلها وكيف نراها ونسعد بحنانها علينا. O Lord, remind us with our Lady, St. Mary and her virtues so we can look up to her and enjoy her compassion on us. امأل يارب قلوبنا بسالمك الذي يفوق كل العقول واجعله دائما فينا. O Lord, fill our hearts with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and let us always enjoy it.

24 امأل يارب قلوبنا بحبك لكي نحب حتى من يعادينا. O Lord, fill our hearts with Your love so we can love even our enemies.

25 امأل يارب قلوبنا بالفرح واجعل روحك القدوس يقوينا. O Lord, fill our hearts with joy and let Your Holy Spirit strengthen us.

27 امأل يارب قلوبنا بالرجاء لكي نثق أنه لو اغلق الباب فأنت ستجعل أبوابا مفتوحة لينا. O Lord, fill our hearts with hope trusting that even if all doors are shut, You will keep others open for us.

28 امنحنا يارب عيونك لكي نري أن كل ما صنعته بالحقيقة هو حسنا جدا ويغنينا. O Lord, grant us Your eyes to see that all what You did is truly very good and will enrich us.

30 امنحنا يارب القلب الواحد والفكر الواحد لكي نفكر دائما في حبك لينا. O Lord, grant us the oness of heart and mind so we can always reflect on Your love.

32 امنحنا يا رب فرصة ثانية ليس حسب استحقاقنا ولكن بتفضلك علينا. O Lord, grant us a second chance, not because we deserve it, but because of Your graciousness.

34 امنحنا يارب أن نأتي اليك وباركنا ووسع تخومنا ولتكن يدك معنا واحفظنا من الشر في كل خطاوينا. O Lord, grant us to come to You, bless us, enlarge our territories, let Your hand be with us, and keep us from evil in all our ways.
