Quality Assurance and Certifications All our working procedures at the farms and the Packing House are in accordance with international standard requirements for quality. We are in constant contact with the relevant government institutions such as the Ministry of Agriculture (Phytosanitary Permits), the Ministry of Health (Health Certificates), the Chamber of Commerce (Certificates of Origin), and the Custom and Excise Department (EURO 1 Certificates). At our labratory, we perform regular soil,water and pollen tests in addition to testing the the products regularly throughout the year and before each shipment. We also offer regular training sessions to educate our staff on their hygiene requirements and health responsibilities, as well as all issues related to their daily work with Dates and the use of Packing House equipment. Medjoul Dates In the world of dates, Medjoul Dates are known as a superior and unique confection, and were once exclusively reserved for royalty and their guests. They are special because they can grow only in a very few areas in the world (California, Mexico, the Jordan Valley and some parts of Africa) and because they have the ability to naturally grow larger while maintaining a rich taste and an enjoyable texture. While there have been attempts to cultivate Medjoul date palms in different parts of the world, the crop has not yet delivered the special quality and taste criteria for which Medjoul dates are favored. Most consumers associate Medjoul dates with the widely known soft Jumbo dates (extremely large size with soft flesh), while only a few know that this date variety is also available in various sizes, softness, and appearance, offering delicious alternatives that are in line with the different consumer preferences and uses. Moon City Dates Moon City Dates present a selection of our standard, more fibrous Medjoul dates. These are puffy and vary from light to dark brown in color, and can be found in two different sizes, Medium and Jumbo. Standard Medjoul dates can be consumed directly or used for cooking, baking and stuffing with different ingredients of your choice. Many consumers prefer this standard assortment as it has the same delicious taste but is sold to more affordable prices and can be used for multiple purposes, like cocktails,cakes or salads. Barhi dates Barhi dates are fresh yellow dates, sold typically on branches in farmers markets. They are very seasonal and usually harvested around the months of August and September. This unique type of dates can be either consumed as a fresh date, where it is yellow, crunchy and semi-sweet or at an advanced stage of ripeness (Rutab) where it is soft, with thin brown crackling skin and an interior that tastes of delicious caramel. To get the caramel taste, place them in a freezer where they can be held for several months. Transportation المعايير الخاصة بالشحن Air Freight For air freight shipments the pallet height can range from 1m to 1.6m, depending on the pallet height restrictions. Pallet weight and Dimensions: 100 * 120 *15cm(weight: 6kg). For transportation via air freight, our products are moved via cold trucks either to Amman airport / Jordan or Ben Gurion Airport / Tel Aviv for delivery to the final airport of destination. Security check at Tel Aviv airport can take up to 2 days. Shipping After only six years of operation, Nakheel Palestine s medjoul dates have reached more than 10 markets worldwide. Our products can be shipped to any designated location either overland, by air or by sea. While all air shipments leave from Amman or Ben Gurion airport to reach yours, shipment by sea is carried out in Reefer containers at (-18C), leaving either from Haifa or Ashdod port, depending on the time of delivery and final destination. A 20ft container typically takes a quantity of up to 9 MT while a 40ft container takes up to 20MT. The quantity per container depends on the variety of packaging configurations. Each consignment is supported with the required shipping documents, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and any additional country-specific requirements, when specifically requested. Shipment can be done either by one of our regular shipping partners or by any other shipping company desired by our clients. Products are quoted either on EX-works or CFR Basis. CFR quotations indicate that the seller - Nakheel Palestine- will take complete responsibility for moving the container from our Packing House yard in Jericho up to the departure port and to the port of final destination, whereas EX-works requires that the buyer will take responsibility for moving the products to the final destination. Due to the unavailability of Palestinian ports, the containers must be moved from Israeli ports to our Packing House yard for loading and back to the to departure port, which requires additional time and cost and limits our ability to quote FOB. الشحن يتم شحن التمور الى كافة دول العالم إما برا بحرا او جوا. وبينما ت غادر جميع الشحنات الجوية عن طريق مطار عم ان أو مطار بن جوريون يتم نقل الشحنات البحرية باستخدام الحاويات المبر دة على درجة ( سالب 18 مئوية ) اذ تغادر إما من ميناء حيفا أو ميناء أسدود وذلك اعتمادا على وقت التوصيل ومكان الوصيل النهائي. إن حاوية ال 20 قدم تستوعب كمية تصل الى 9 أطنان بينما تستوعب حاوية ال 40 قدم حتى 20 طن متري كحد أقصى. وتعتمد سعة الحاوية الواحدة على تعبئة المنتج. كما ويتم ارفاق الوثائق الازمة مع كل شحنة. بما في ذلك الفاتورة التجارية وقائمة التعبئة وشهادة المنشأ وشهادة الصحة النباتية باإلضافة الى اي وثائق اضافية خاصة بالدولة المستوردة وذلك عند الطلب. يتم الشحن إما من خال أحد شركائنا المعتمدين أو من خال شركة شحن أخرى من طرفكم ويتم ذالك بالتنسيق المسبق معكم. يتم البيع اما على أرض المصنع )EX-works( أو )CFR( واصل الى ميناء المستورد حيث نتحمل في هذه الحالة كامل المسؤولية المتعلقة بنقل الحاويات من مركز التعبئة والتغليف التابع للشركة إلى ميناء المغادرة ومن هناك إلى ميناء الوصول النهائي. بينما يتطلب مبدأ التسليم في موقع البائع )EX-works( بأن يقوم المشتري بتحم ل كامل المسؤولية المرتبطة بنقل المنتجات من مركز التعبئة التابع لنا إلى مكان الوصول النهائي. بسبب عدم تواجد أية موانئ او حدود فلسطينية يتوج ب نقل الحاويات من الموانئ اإلسرائيلية إلى ساحة التعبئة والتغليف التابعة للشركة من أجل تعبئتها ومن ثم إعادتها إلى ميناء المغادرة وتتطلب هذه العملية وقت وتكاليف إضافية كما انها ال تسمح لنا باستخدام وسيلة التسليم على ظهر السفينة.)FOB( تبذل شركة نخيل فلسطين كافة الجهود الالزمة لتوصيل المنتجات ألي مكان وبالتوقيت المالئم.
