How to store saline nasal 1.What is saline nasal and what it is used for Nasal Ointment: Supportive treatment in the event of a blocked nose, e.g. cold; cleaning and moistening the nasal mucosa, e.g. in the event of a dry air; for loosening scabs and crusts. It is suitable for adults, children and infants. Nasal Spray: Helps to relieve blocked nose, e.g. cold; cleans and moistens the nasal mucosa, e.g. in the event of dry air; loosens scabs and crusts. It is suitable for adults, children and infants. General information Nasal congestion or "stuffy nose" occurs when nasal and adjacent tissues and blood vessels become swollen with excess fluid, causing a "stuffy" plugged feeling. Nasal congestion may or may not include a nasal discharge or "runny nose." Nasal congestion usually is just an annoyance for older children and adults. But nasal congestion can be serious for children whose sleep is disturbed by their nasal congestion, or for infants, who might have a hard time feeding as a result. 2.What you need to know before you use saline nasal When used correctly, there are no particular precautionary measures to be taken.
Warnings and precautions Ointment: May not be used in the event of hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients contained in the ointment. Spray: There are no experiences against an application. Other medicines and saline nasal No known interaction. Pregnancy and breastfeeding There is no evidence available to suggest that the use of Ointment/Spray during pregnancy or lactation would be harmful. Driving and using machines Not applicable. 3.How to use saline nasal Due to reasons of hygiene and to avoid infection, each tube of Ointment/Spray should only be used by one person. After application, the tube nozzle should be wiped clean. Nasal Ointment: Introduce a 1 cm-long string of ointment into each nostril, several times daily. Insert the tube nozzle as deeply as possible into the nostrils, squeeze out a little ointment and distribute evenly over the nasal mucosa by gently massaging the sides of the nose. The ointment can be applied to the inside of the nose using a cotton bud.the ointment should be applied several times daily, particularly before going to bed. Duration of Use: Nasal Ointment may be used over a longer period of time. If there is no improvement after14 days of treatment, please consult your doctor or pharmacist. Nasal Spray: Adults and children (from 2 years onwards) spray 1-2 times into each nostril several times daily.
Infants, children (up to the age of 2 years) spray once into each nostril several times daily. Application: Take down protective cap. Push down the white actuator several times until the first puff is dispensed. Now the spray is ready for use for every further application. Insert the spray nozzle into the nostril and apply the pump mechanism. In doing so, keep the bottle vertical and don't bend head backwards. During the spraying process, breathe easily through the nose; then release the actuator slowly. If you use more saline nasal than you should Not applicable. If you forget to use saline nasal Not applicable. 4.Possible side effects If used correctly, side effects are not to be expected. 5.How to store saline nasal Store in dry place below 25 C.
