Conference General Objective الهدف العام للمنتدى Improving public administration to achieve development goals through the application of the seven governance tools in Kuwait s public sector. * Planning, legislation, leadership, development, rule of law, oversight, evaluation, and accountability. To formulate a national concept, approach that support transparency and fight corruption in the public sector. 2. To present technical papers on the current governance and transparency practices in Kuwaiti public sector. 5. To provide a dedicated technical forum for Kuwaiti activists and others working for improved transparency and reduced corruption. 6.
