نسبة شهادات المنشأ الصادرة عن وزارة االقتصاد في عام 2011 األوروبية %2 الشهادة الخليجية %61 دول العالم %2 الشهادة العربية %21 وكانت لجنة التعاون التجاري بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي قد اعتمدت في مايو 1422 شهادة المنشأ التي تصدرها وزارة االقتصاد بدولة اإلمارات ووجهت بقبولها من قبل إدارات الجمارك في الدول األعضاء وقد سبق ذلك بعام تقريبا إطالق وزارة االقتصاد خدمة الدفع اإللكتروني "أون الين" لشهادات المنشأ الخليجية لكافة المصدرين لهذه الشهادات الصناعية والزراعية والطبيعية. وقد أصدرت وزارة االقتصاد العام الماضي أكثر من 12 ألف شهادة منشأ عربية نحو %02 منها من نصيب إمارة دبي بواقع 6,011 شهادة تلتها إمارة الشارقة بعدد 0,101 شهادة ثم إمارة رأس الخيمة بما يزيد على 2,644 شهادة بعدها أبوظبي بنحو 2,244 شهادة بما فيها إصدارات مدينة العين ثم إمارة عجمان بنحو 2,126 شهادة والبقية من نصيب إمارتي أم القيوين والفجيرة على الترتيب. ويجب التنويه على أن عدد شهادات المنشأ التي تصدرها وزارة االقتصاد ال تشمل الشهادات الصادرة من الحكومات المحلية على مستوى كل إمارة فلكل إمارة الحق في إصدار شهادات منشأ خاصة بها عبر الجهات المتخصصة فيها مثل غرف التجارة والصناعة وشهادات المنشأ التي تصدرها الوزارة تعتبر شهادات رسمية على مستوى الدولة ومعترف بها عالميا. مصدر البيانات: جريدة الخليج االقتصادي.

The Gulf states acquired the vast majority of the certificates of origin that were issued in with about 178 thousand certificates, representing about 80% of the total number of certificates, while the least number of certificates were issued to the European countries with not more than 0.6%, representing 1,382 certificates, of which 902 certificates were issued in the Emirate of Dubai, 451 certificates were issued in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the rest were issued in the Emirate of Ajman. The Ministry of Economy issued last year more than 23 thousand Arab certificates of origin, of which 45% were issued by the Emirate of Dubai, representing 9,866 certificates, followed by the Emirate of Sharjah with 4,646 certificates, then the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah with more than 3,900 certificates, then Abu Dhabi with around 3,100 certificates including the issues of Al Ain City, then the Emirate of Ajman with about 1,259 certificates, and the rest were issued by the Emirates of Umm Al Qiween and Al Fujairah respectively. It should be noted that the number of certificates of origin that are issued by the Ministry of Economy does not include the certificates that are issued by the local governments at the level of each emirate. Each emirate has the right to issue certificates of origin of its own through its specialized bodies, such as the chambers of commerce and industry.
